I know I tend to say that my couples are the best, but I feel it would be a lie of omission if I didn't say it. There's no such thing as a small wedding, they're just too big of a deal. However, what you can have is a beautiful intimate wedding with your immediate family. I've known and been friends with Cliff for the overwhelming majority of my life. I've always felt blessed to have him in my life and couldn't be happier to see he and Summer together.  They're a sweet couple and I really think they make each other better than they could be apart. It was a short time ago that I got a call from Andrea inquiring about capturing their wedding day. Due to a medical issue, their previously booked photographer had been forced to step away. Knowing what it would take for me to walk away from a previously booked wedding, I felt awful for their situation. A few weeks ago my wife and I couldn't have been happier to capture Brad and Chelsea's amazing wedding.  It seems like forever since their engagement session, but it was easy to tell then that these two where perfect for each other.  That really showed through as the day progressed. I was so happy that the two of them agreed to a "1st look" as opposed to waiting until the ceremony to see each other. True, as a photographer it's a selfish "want" because it makes things easier for us, but I really think it is far more romantic and meaningful to the couple.  It gives them a beautiful moment...

Rachael and Robbie were the 1st couple in this crazy string of October weddings that we're so lucky to capture! I don't think there would be a better way too start this stretch either. Both of them are so down to earth and easy to deal with that the story just scripted itself that day. This was the 1st event I've ever covered at Saline Baptist Church and to be honest I was a bit shocked. I pass by the building many times, but without ever actually being there I had no clue how much character the building had. Size of a wedding does NOT matter! As photographer's I think we get caught up in wanting cathedral size venues with every elaboration that can be made in order to make our photograph's look infinitely more expensive. I've fallen into that mindset before and the Dillon's have forced the mindset to change. This beautiful bride, Toni, contacted me several months ago about possibly shooting their ceremony.
